Essential cookies keep our Sites working, for example security and remembering your cookie choice. These are always on.

Non essential cookies and pixels, including analytics and advertising technologies, are placed only after you click Accept on our cookie banner. If you click Decline or make no choice, we restrict non essential cookies and pixels.

You can change your choice anytime by clicking Cookie Preferences in the footer of any page. Third party tools, such as reservation, event booking, or ordering widgets, may set their own cookies when you use them. Please review their policies.

Global Privacy Control: Where technically supported, we treat a browser Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of advertising cookies and pixels.

6. Communications Through the Sites

When you submit a form, reservation, event inquiry, or order, the content you enter is sent to us and to the service provider operating that feature so we can respond. We do not use chat, session recording, or keystroke capture tools.

7. Text Messages

If you opt in to text messages through Toast, OpenTable, or our Sites, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and service messages from the Feedme Concept you opted in with, at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for their own marketing.

8. Rewards, Gift Cards, and Promotions

Rewards activity is managed through Toast and OpenTable, and gift card balances are managed through Toast. This information, including your birth date if provided, is used only to administer your benefits and offers. Each promotion or giveaway is governed by its official rules, which will be posted with that promotion.

9. Allergy and Dietary Information

Allergy or dietary notes you provide are used only to prepare your visit, order, or event. We do not use them for advertising and do not sell or share them for marketing purposes.

10. How We Share Information
